As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee lessons across a range of subjects, following work and instructions left by teaching staff. You will ensure pupils understand their tasks, remain focused and follow classroom expectations throughout the lesson.

As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will provide classroom-based support to students who may experience social, emotional or mental health needs. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to help pupils manage behaviour, build confidence and remain engaged with their education.

As a Teaching Assistant (Secondary), you will support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them engage with lessons and overcome barriers to learning. You will work alongside subject teachers in different departments, provide one-to-one or small-group support where needed, and help students stay focused during lessons and transitions.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will take responsibility for supervising classes when their usual teacher is unavailable. You will deliver the work provided, maintain a positive classroom environment and support students to remain focused and engaged throughout each lesson.
