Job Title: Business Studies Teacher
Location: Louth
Salary: £31,650 – £49,084 per annum (depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full Time / Part Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who wants to make a real difference in students' lives through engaging, forward-thinking, and practical business education.
Responsibilities of the Business Studies Teacher:
- Plan and deliver creative, informative Business Studies lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
- Foster a love of learning and business acumen through real-life applications and interactive teaching.
- Track and assess students' progress, setting high expectations and offering support when needed.
- Contribute to the development of a modern, relevant Business Studies curriculum.
- Promote enterprise and entrepreneurial skills through enrichment opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the department and wider school staff to drive academic excellence.
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and student engagement.
Requirements for the Business Studies Teacher:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Business Studies or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the national Business Studies curriculum and recent trends in business and economics.
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
- ECTs are encouraged to apply – full induction support will be provided.
