I’m Max, GSL Education’s Branch Manager for the Lincoln Branch.

Having worked in education recruitment since 2017, I spent the beginning of my career specialising in Secondary Schools across the Lincolnshire area. I am pleased to have continued this work at GSL Education, whilst also beginning a new challenge in Primary and SEN Schools across the area I know best… Lincolnshire!

Prior to starting in the sector, I was a professional ballet dancer, with a career highlight of being promoted to soloist in the Serbian National Ballet after just one year. Following this, I went on to live and work abroad as a singer, dancer and holiday rep in countries such as Crete, Cyprus and Croatia. This has given me great life and cultural experiences, which I enjoy drawing on with both Clients and Educators.

I am a proud Daddy to Arthur and a great armchair supporter of Liverpool FC.

I pride myself on building strong relationships with clients and educators, based on honest and transparent foundations and I am thrilled to be back working with Kerry and Bekkie again.
