Job Title: Aspiring Teacher
Location: Grantham
Salary: £90 - £115 per day
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full time or part time
Are you finishing university or already have a degree and thinking about becoming a teacher? This Aspiring Teacher role in Grantham is a great way to get school experience before starting teacher training.
GSL Education is looking for friendly, motivated people who want to work with children and learn more about teaching.
Responsibilities:
- Help the teacher in the classroom
- Work with small groups or individual students
- Support learning and behaviour
- Help with lesson materials and classroom activities
- Join in with school life and events
Requirements:
- Finished a degree or currently studying at university
- Want to become a teacher or start teacher training
- Live in the UK and have the right to work
- Friendly, reliable, and good with children
- Experience in schools is helpful but not needed
