KS2 Teacher
Location: Grantham
Pay: £130 – £180 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-Day / Long-Term; Full-Time / Part-Time

If so, GSL Education are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to work across well-established primary schools in Grantham. Whether you're looking for a short-term role or something longer-term, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can inspire pupils while maintaining a positive and well-disciplined classroom.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-planned lessons that meet the needs of KS2 learners. A key focus of the role will be on behaviour management, ensuring that expectations are consistently upheld and that pupils are motivated and ready to learn each day.
Responsibilities for Key Stage 2 Teacher:
- Teach across the KS2 curriculum, planning and delivering lessons in line with national standards
- Set clear expectations for behaviour and apply consistent strategies to maintain discipline
- Track and assess pupil progress to ensure all children are supported and challenged
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom where every pupil can thrive
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and colleagues to support holistic development
- Create a stimulating environment that encourages learning and curiosity
- Participate in school events, meetings, and CPD sessions as required
What we need from KS2 Teacher:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in a UK KS2 setting
- Strong behaviour management skills and classroom control
- Good organisational and communication skills
- A genuine passion for primary education and pupil progress
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
