Teaching Assistant – Louth
Location: Louth, Lincolnshire
Salary: £93 – £110 per day, depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time | Flexible
GSL Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils in schools in Louth.

You will play an important role in supporting pupils and teachers throughout the school day.
Key Duties:
- Support pupils with classroom activities and learning.
- Work with individual pupils and small groups.
- Encourage positive engagement and participation.
- Assist with classroom routines and organisation.
- Support pupils who need additional help.
- Promote positive behaviour and independence.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff.

- Someone patient, caring and approachable.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine interest in children's education.
- Previous experience with children is desirable.
- Reliability and flexibility.
- An interest in becoming a teacher would be particularly welcome.
