Job Title: Sports Coach
Location: Sheffield (S25)
Salary: £110 per day
Start Date: Immediate

Are you a passionate Sports Coach eager to inspire young people through physical activity?
GSL Education are seeking motivated and dedicated Sports Coaches to work in a school setting in Sheffield (S25). As a Sports Coach, you will support students in developing physical skills, teamwork, confidence, and discipline while contributing to a positive and inclusive school environment.
Main Responsibilities of a Sports Coach:
- Deliver engaging sports sessions and physical activities to students
- Support PE lessons and extracurricular sports activities
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and positive behaviour through sport
- Encourage student participation and engagement in physical activities
- Assist staff in maintaining a safe and structured learning environment
- Support students’ physical, social, and emotional development
- Help organise and set up equipment for sports activities
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed during all activities
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in sports coaching, physical education, or working with young people
- A proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities
- A genuine passion for sport and youth development
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
