Aspiring Teacher – Start Your Career in Education (Lincoln)
Location: Lincoln
Salary: £90 – £110 per day (depending on role)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Flexible | Full-time / Part-time
GSL Education is seeking motivated Aspiring Teachers in Lincoln who are either graduates or currently studying at a university and looking to gain hands-on experience in schools.
This is a fantastic opportunity to explore a career in education while gaining paid experience in a variety of roles, such as Teaching Assistant, Exam Invigilator, Tutor, or Cover Supervisor.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting students in lessons as a Teaching Assistant

Supervising classes as a Cover Supervisor

Assisting during exam periods as an Invigilator

Providing 1:1 or small group support as a Tutor
What We’re Looking For:

Graduates or university students interested in teaching

A passion for working with young people

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive and flexible attitude

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
