Job Title: Pastoral Manager
Location: Dinnington (S25)
Pay rate: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are inviting applications for a proactive Pastoral Manager to join schools in Dinnington, covering the S25 area. The Pastoral Manager will lead initiatives that support students’ emotional, social, and behavioural needs while working closely with staff, families, and external agencies.
Key Duties of Pastoral Manager:
- Oversee pastoral support for students, addressing wellbeing, behaviour, and attendance.
- Develop and implement programmes to promote positive behaviour and inclusion.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external partners to support student development.
- Monitor and report on student progress and wellbeing.
- Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in a pastoral or student support role within an educational setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage initiatives and support students effectively.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
