Job Title: Design Technology Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S35)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently looking for a talented Design Technology Teacher to join schools across Sheffield (S35), delivering engaging lessons that develop students’ technical, creative, and analytical skills.
As a Design Technology (DT) Teacher, you will guide pupils through designing, creating, and evaluating projects while encouraging innovation and independent thinking.
Prime Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality Design Technology lessons across a range of materials and processes.
- Support pupils in developing practical skills, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Maintain a safe, organised, and positive learning environment.
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback as a Design Technology Teacher.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and confidence in delivering Design Technology lessons.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
