Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Secondary School)
Location: Boston
Salary: £90 – £110 per day
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time
GSL Education is working with secondary schools in Boston that require dedicated Teaching Assistants to support pupils across KS3 and KS4.
This role is ideal for those considering a future in teaching or education support and offers valuable classroom experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting pupils’ learning and engagement
- Assisting teachers during lessons
- Helping students stay on task
- Providing pastoral and emotional support where needed
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in education or childcare preferred
- DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
