Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Secondary School)
Location: Skegness
Salary: £90 – £110 per day
Contract Type: Flexible | Full-time| Part-time
GSL Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants for secondary schools in Skegness. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who want to support young people’s learning and development in a structured school setting.
You will play an important role in helping students stay engaged and feel supported throughout the school day.
Key Duties:
- Support students during lessons and interventions
- Assist with behaviour management strategies
- Work with small groups or individual pupils
- Encourage independence and confidence
