Salary: £460 – £600 per week

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to teachers and students, helping to create a structured and inclusive learning environment. This role allows you to make a meaningful contribution to the educational and personal development of students.
Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons and activities.
- Assist students individually or in small groups to improve learning outcomes.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Monitor and record student progress and behaviour.
- Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
- Assist with personal care, where required, ensuring dignity and respect.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and participation in learning activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of students with diverse abilities and needs.
- Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting children’s development.
- Understanding of special educational needs is desirable.
