Salary Scale: £88.94 - £104.84 per day

Contract type: Long-term/Temporary with the potential of a permanent contract

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic SEN school in Grantham. This is a full-time role, supporting students with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties.
Your Role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with varying additional needs

Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment

Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies

Support pupils in developing confidence, independence, and social skills
Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people with SEN or challenging behaviour

A calm, patient, and resilient approach
-
Full-time availability, Monday to Friday

An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
