Job Title: Supply Primary Teacher
Location: Lincoln & Nearby Areas
Salary: £130 – £180 per day (depending on experience and role)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time – Flexible supply opportunities
Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher looking for flexible work in Lincoln and the surrounding areas? We are currently recruiting Supply Primary Teachers to join our network of passionate educators supporting local schools with day-to-day cover, short-term placements, and long-term roles.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons to primary-aged pupils
- Follow lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment
- Adapt to different classroom settings and year groups as needed
- Manage classroom behaviour and promote a safe, inclusive atmosphere
- Support pupils’ learning and wellbeing throughout the school day
- Work closely with school staff to ensure smooth lesson delivery
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
- Understanding of safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
This is a perfect role for Supply Primary Teachers who love teaching but want more flexibility and variety in their schedule. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a range of welcoming schools across Lincoln and nearby areas while making a real difference in children’s education.
Please keep in mind that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
