I’m Laura, GSL Education’s Senior Recruitment Consultant for the Lincoln Branch.
I began my education recruitment journey back in November 2021 and have specialised in the SEN schools of Lincolnshire for over 3 years. I began my journey as a Candidate Consultant, then worked my way up to Branch Manager and Business Manager, overseeing a Hull, North Yorkshire, and Lincolnshire Branch.
Being new to GSL, I bring my passion and expertise to be able to shape futures of students with additional needs, by supplying my clients with fantastic candidates! Prior to working within the Education Sector, I specialised in Customer Service within Freight Forwarding and PPE Supplies.
Outside of work, I love to weight train in the gym, go for nice walks in the sunshine and attend my weekly dance class. During lockdown, I qualified in Skincare so enjoy a little self-care from time to time! I am a HUGE animal lover – owning animals from horses, cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs and even a mouse!
I am excited to continue my career within education recruitment at GSL and making a difference to SEN schools across Lincolnshire.
