Are you an aspiring Psychologist and a Russell Group graduate looking to gain valuable classroom experience? GSL Education is hiring enthusiastic Psychology graduates to join as SEN Teaching Assistants in EYFS and Primary schools across Greenwich.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support children with SEN while developing vital skills for a career in Psychology, Child Development, or Education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions for SEN pupils.

  • Support children with ASC, Speech & Language difficulties, and SEMH needs.

  • Adapt and tailor learning resources to individual needs.

  • Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies.

  • Build pupils’ independence and confidence in learning.

Ideal Candidate

  • Psychology graduate (Russell Group university preferred).

  • Previous experience with children desirable.

  • Strong communication and empathy skills.

  • Passionate about supporting young learners with SEN.
