Salary: £150 – £240 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

About the Role:

Deliver creative, personalised lessons that meet the diverse needs of SEMH pupils.

Establish a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.

Support students in building resilience, confidence, and essential life skills.

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff to provide tailored interventions.

Assess progress and adjust learning plans to maximise outcomes.
Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Prior experience working with SEMH students (desirable but not essential).

Strong behaviour management and interpersonal skills.

A patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach to teaching.

Enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
