JobTitle: SEMH Teacher

Location: Enfield
Salary: £150 – £240 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Full-Time

About the Role:

  • Deliver creative, personalised lessons that meet the diverse needs of SEMH pupils.

  • Establish a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.

  • Support students in building resilience, confidence, and essential life skills.

  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff to provide tailored interventions.

  • Assess progress and adjust learning plans to maximise outcomes.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Prior experience working with SEMH students (desirable but not essential).

  • Strong behaviour management and interpersonal skills.

  • A patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach to teaching.

  • Enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
