Job Description
Are you a Russell Group Psychology graduate passionate about child development? GSL Education is recruiting for EYFS SEN Teaching Assistants to work in thriving Primary schools across Lewisham.
This role provides excellent experience for aspiring Educational Psychologists and those interested in SEN support.
Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small group SEN support in EYFS.

Assist children with Autism, Speech & Language difficulties, and SEMH.

Adapt resources to suit pupils’ needs.

Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and outside specialists.

Encourage confidence, independence, and engagement.
Ideal Candidate
-
Degree in Psychology (Russell Group preferred).
-
Child-related experience desirable.

Empathetic, resilient, and proactive.

Strong communication skills.
