In the role of Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Working closely with teachers and school leadership, you will take on a diverse range of responsibilities, including delivering lessons, providing targeted support to students, and contributing to the overall development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Supervise classes to ensure a conducive learning environment. Implement provided lesson plans during teacher absences. Maintain discipline and manage student behaviour.

Assist with the implementation of learning plans and activities. Support the monitoring of student progress and development. Collaborate with teaching staff to address student needs.

Deliver high-quality, engaging maths lessons. Monitor and support the progress of students. Implement strategies to cater to a range of learning needs.

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to the needs of diverse learners. Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their development. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.

Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEMH challenges. Assist in the implementation of support strategies and interventions. Promote positive behavior and emotional well-being among students.

Assist primary school teachers in delivering lessons. Support students across various subjects and activities. Help maintain a positive learning atmosphere.

Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons that meet the needs of all students. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and success.
