Job Title: Trainee Teaching Assistant
Location: Spilsby
Salary: £85 - £100 per day
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full time or part time

GSL Education will provide guidance and support to help you build your skills and confidence in a school environment. You’ll work alongside experienced teachers, supporting pupils in their learning and helping create a positive, engaging classroom atmosphere.
What you’ll do:

Assist the class teacher with daily lessons and activities

Support individual pupils or small groups with their learning

Encourage positive behaviour and active participation

Help prepare resources, materials, and displays

Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) where required

Take part in training and staff meetings to develop your skills
What we’re looking for:

A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed

Good communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude

Willingness to learn and take on feedback

Must live in the UK and have the right to work

Experience with children is helpful but not essential — full support provided
