Job Title: Maths Teacher

Pay Rate: £155 – £220 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are looking for a motivated Maths Teacher to join a supportive school in Conisbrough, DN12. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages, encouraging pupils to think critically, build confidence, and achieve their best in Mathematics.
Responsibilities as a Maths Teacher:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths lessons that cater to varying abilities and learning styles.
- Encourage active participation and provide differentiated support to ensure all students make progress.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, giving constructive feedback to support improvement.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the Maths curriculum and wider school activities.
Requirements for the Maths Teacher role:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and the ability to teach up to GCSE level.
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
- Passion for inspiring students and fostering a love for learning.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
- A full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment in the last 10 years.
