Pay Rate: £150 – £220 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are looking for a dedicated Science Teacher to join a supportive school in Conisbrough, DN12. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stages, encouraging students to explore the fascinating worlds of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Responsibilities as a Science Teacher:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic Science lessons tailored to different learning needs and abilities.
- Foster a stimulating classroom environment that promotes active participation and critical thinking.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Manage practical experiments safely in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Science curriculum and enrichment activities.
Requirements for the Science Teacher role:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
- Strong subject knowledge across the Science curriculum is desirable.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge pupils to reach their full potential.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
- A full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment in the last 10 years.
