What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Autism

Creating a calm, safe, and engaging learning environment

Assisting with personalised learning plans and activities

Building positive, trusting relationships with students, staff, and families

Encouraging independence, confidence, and life skills
What We’re Looking For:

Experience supporting individuals with Autism (in education, care, or community settings)

Patience, empathy, and a great sense of humour!

A proactive, flexible, and positive approach

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
