ICT Teacher – SEN/SEMH Setting – Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Full-Time | Term-Time | £140 – £200 per day | Immediate or September Start

Are you a creative and adaptable ICT Teacher with a passion for inclusive education?

GSL Education is currently seeking a dedicated ICT Teacher to work within a Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) school in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. This is a full-time teaching opportunity ideal for a qualified teacher who can inspire learners who may face challenges within a mainstream environment.

You’ll be joining a supportive and experienced team, committed to providing a nurturing environment where students feel valued, safe, and encouraged to achieve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver accessible and engaging ICT lessons to students with a range of SEN or SEMH needs

  • Differentiate lessons to meet individual EHCPs and varying academic levels

  • Create a supportive, structured learning environment that encourages participation and progress

  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and other professionals to support holistic student development

  • Foster digital literacy and skills that prepare students for life beyond school

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) is essential

  • Previous experience teaching in an SEN or SEMH setting is desirable

  • Strong classroom management and a flexible, trauma-informed approach

  • Excellent communication and teamworking skills

  • Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education)
