Supply Teaching Assistant – Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Full-Time or Part-Time | Term-Time Only | Immediate Start

GSL Education is currently recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of Primary, Secondary, and Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools in and around Lincoln. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children, thrive in diverse settings, and are looking for a better work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities

Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs

Assist with behaviour management and help create a positive learning environment

Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and year groups (EYFS to KS4)

Work effectively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and support teams
Candidate Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people in a school or care setting
-
A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to supporting learning

Good communication and behaviour management skills

Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL)

Willingness to travel to schools in and around Lincoln
