Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Skegness
Salary: £90 - £110 per day
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full time or part time

GSL Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated graduates who are ready to support pupils, learn from experienced teachers, and build the foundation for a future in teaching or educational support roles.
Responsibilities:

Support classroom activities alongside the class teacher

Work with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning

Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons

Help prepare classroom materials and maintain displays

Provide support to students with special educational needs (SEN) when required

Participate in school life, including training sessions and meetings
Requirements:

A university degree (any subject) – recent graduates welcome

A genuine passion for working with children and young people

UK residency and the right to work in the UK

Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience with children is helpful but not essential
