Job Advert: Early Career Teachers
Location: Grantham
Salary: £31,650 – £49,084 per annum
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time – Available on supply vacancies

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire students

Monitor and assess student progress, adapting lessons as needed

Support pupils with varying needs and learning styles

Work effectively with colleagues and parents to promote student achievement

Contribute to school activities, events, and continuous improvement initiatives

Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

Participate in professional development and training
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected by September 2025

Passion for teaching and a desire to make a difference

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Ability to adapt and work collaboratively

A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and development

Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
