SEN Teacher – Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Full-Time | £140 – £200 per day | Immediate & September Starts Available

Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs?
GSL Education is seeking a committed and adaptable SEN Teacher to work across a range of Primary and Secondary SEN settings in Lincoln. Our partner schools support students with a variety of needs, including Autism, MLD, SEMH, and more complex learning challenges
About the Role:

Deliver creative and personalised teaching to small groups or individual learners

Plan and adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs and EHCP targets

Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic progress
-
Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families
-
Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
✅ What We’re Looking For:
-
✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
-
✔️ Experience in SEN and/or SEMH settings preferred
-
✔️ Confident with classroom and behaviour management
-
✔️ Empathetic, resilient, and flexible approach
-
✔️ Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply via GSL)
