Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Boston
Salary: £90 - £110 per day
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full time or part time

GSL Education is looking for passionate and motivated graduates who want to support young learners, gain hands-on classroom experience, and take the first steps towards a career in education.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with class teachers to support daily lessons
- Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils who need extra help
- Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
- Assist with preparing resources, displays, and learning materials
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) if required
- Take part in staff meetings, training, and school events
Requirements:
- A degree (any subject) – recent graduates welcome
- A strong interest in education and child development
- Must live in the UK and have the right to work
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and able to work as part of a team
- Experience working with children is a bonus but not essential
