Job Title: Aspiring Teacher

Salary: £90 - £115 per day
Start Date: September 2025

GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for passionate, motivated individual to join supportive school in Lincoln as Aspiring Teacher.
Responsibilities:
- Support class teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Provide one-to-one or small group academic support to pupils
- Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources
- Assist with assessments, marking, and progress tracking
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Gain first-hand experience in the day-to-day life of a teacher
Requirements:
- Must have completed a degree or currently be studying at university
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in education and teacher training
- Must live in the UK and have the right to work
- Confident, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
