Job Title: Supply Teacher
Location: Bourne
Salary: £150 - £180 per day
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full time/Part time

We’re looking for dedicated Supply Teachers who can step into classrooms with confidence, maintain continuity of learning, and support students to reach their full potential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Cover lessons in the absence of the class teacher across various year groups
- Engage students in learning using provided lesson plans
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
- Follow school policies and manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Communicate effectively with staff and pupils
- Support students’ academic and personal development
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching in UK schools (preferred but not essential)
- Confidence to manage different classroom settings and age groups
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt quickly
- Valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Flexible availability is a plus
