Full-Time Resistant Materials Teacher – Eastleigh
Start Date: October Half Term
Salary: £30,000 - £46,525 per annum (MPS/UPS)

GSL Education is excited to be working with a thriving secondary school in Eastleigh to recruit a dedicated and skilled Resistant Materials Teacher to join their Design & Technology department from October half term.

The Role:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring Resistant Materials lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Plan and prepare high-quality lessons that support progress and promote a love of learning.
- Foster a safe and stimulating learning environment in workshops and classrooms.
- Monitor and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and DT department.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent overseas qualification.
- Have recent experience teaching Resistant Materials within a secondary school setting.
- Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a creative approach to teaching.
- Be confident in managing behaviour and building positive relationships with students.
- Have a commitment to raising attainment and supporting student progress.
