GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking passionate and driven individuals to join vibrant and welcoming schools in Boston as Aspiring Teachers.
Responsibilities:
- Support teachers with planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Work with students in small groups or on a one-to-one basis to provide targeted academic support
- Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
- Assist with lesson resources, marking, and assessments
- Contribute to the wider school community, including school events and extracurricular activities
- Gain real-world classroom experience while building skills for a future teaching career
Requirements:
- Must have completed a degree or be currently studying at university (final-year students welcome)
- Strong interest in pursuing teacher training or a career in education
- Must live in the UK and have the legal right to work
- Energetic, reliable, and enthusiastic about helping young learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
