Job Title: Art Teacher

Salary: £38,766 - £60,092 per annum (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential for KS5.
- Inspire creativity, confidence, and independent thinking through a dynamic and inclusive curriculum.
- Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
- Contribute to departmental development and enrichment activities such as exhibitions or clubs.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and expression.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support cross-curricular links and school-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Degree in Art or a related subject.
- Experience teaching Art in a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Ability to engage, challenge, and inspire a diverse student body.
- Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
