Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Market Rasen
Salary: £100 – £130 per day
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time
GSL Education is looking for a friendly and confident Cover Supervisor to work at a secondary school in Market Rasen. This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys working with young people and wants to gain school-based experience.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step in when teachers are absent and make sure students stay on task and follow the lesson plan.
Your Role Will Include:
- Supervising students during lessons
- Following the teacher’s plans and instructions
- Managing behaviour and keeping students focused
- Helping students where needed
- Reporting any issues to school staff
What You Need:
- A calm and positive attitude
- Good communication and people skills
- Confidence working with young people
- Experience in a school or youth setting is helpful but not essential
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
