Job Title: Trainee Teaching Assistant
Location: Lincoln
Salary: £90 – £110 per day
Contract Type: Full-time/Part-time

GSL Education is currently seeking a motivated Trainee Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience, build your confidence, and receive guidance from experienced educators.

As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teachers and students in their daily activities. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, eager to learn, and passionate about supporting young people in their educational journey.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Supporting students during lessons to help them stay focused and engaged
  • Providing one-to-one or small group support to students with varying needs
  • Assisting in the preparation and organisation of lesson resources
  • Encouraging positive student behaviour and helping maintain a safe learning environment

What We Are Looking For:

  • A keen interest in education sector and working with young children
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and reliable attitude
  • Can work as a team.
  • An Enhanced DBS registered on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
