Key Duties of the Supply Teacher:
- Step into classrooms and deliver high-quality teaching across various year groups
- Ensure continuity of learning when covering for permanent staff absences
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement
- Adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents
- Support the overall school ethos and contribute to wider school activities
Qualifications for the Supply Teacher Role:
- Hold QTS or a recognised teaching qualification
- Experience working in a teaching or Supply Teacher role in UK schools
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing classroom dynamics
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering top-tier education
