Job Title: Supply Teacher
Location: Louth
Salary: £150 - £180 per day
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full Time / Part Time

Responsibilities of the Supply Teacher:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects and key stages
- Follow school policies and ensure a smooth continuation of learning during staff absences
- Establish positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe, supportive environment
- Provide timely feedback on student progress to the relevant departments
Requirements for the Supply Teacher Role:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications
- Previous experience working as a Supply Teacher or classroom teacher
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to suit different age groups and abilities
- Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
- A flexible, positive attitude and a willingness to embrace new challenges
