Job Title: History Teacher
Location: Spilsby
Salary: £31,650 – £49,084 per annum (depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full Time / Part Time

Responsibilities of the History Teacher:
- Deliver engaging and thought-provoking History lessons across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5, if applicable).
- Create a classroom environment that promotes a love for learning and critical thinking.
- Develop and implement differentiated lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of all students.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles.
- Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing timely feedback and support.
- Maintain high expectations for student behaviour and achievement.
Requirements for the History Teacher:
- A recognised UK teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS or equivalent).
- A degree in History or a related field.
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for History.
- Proven ability to raise student achievement and deliver engaging lessons.
- ECTs are welcome and will receive full support and mentorship.
