Salary: £88.94 – £114.84 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently recruiting a committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work in schools across Market Rasen. This is a great opportunity to utilise your advanced skills to make a real impact on children’s education and development.
Role Overview:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will take on a key role supporting teachers in delivering lessons, guiding small groups and individual learners, and contributing to whole-class learning and school life.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality classroom support under the direction of the teacher.
- Support the learning and development of pupils across various subjects.
- Deliver targeted interventions to support pupil progress.
- Foster a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and parents.
Requirements for Level 3 Teaching Assistant:
- Hold a recognised Level 3 TA qualification or higher is desirable.
- Proven experience in a classroom or school setting.
- Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
- A caring, flexible, and proactive attitude.
- Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
