Job Title: Key Stage 1 Teacher (KS1)
Location: Market Rasen
Salary: £120 – £180 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently seeking a dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Market Rasen. This is an exciting opportunity for educators who are passionate about delivering high-quality Key Stage 1 teaching and fostering a love for learning from the earliest years.
Role Overview:
As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum, supporting the academic and social development of pupils in Key Stage 1.
Role Responsibilities:
- Teach and inspire KS1 pupils with well-structured and differentiated lessons.
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess, track, and report on pupils’ progress and development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support pupil outcomes.
- Uphold school policies and maintain high standards of behaviour and learning.
Requirements for KS1 Teacher:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desireable.
- ECTs welcome to apply!
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum is desireable.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
