Job Advert: Early Career Teachers
Location: Lincoln
Salary: £31,650 – £49,084 per annum
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time – Available on supply vacancies

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students
- Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and abilities
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
- Participate in continuous professional development (CPD) and training
Requirements:
- Achieved or working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2025
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student success
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Flexible, resilient, and proactive in approach
- Willingness to engage in ongoing learning and development
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
