Job Title: Drama Teacher

Location: Lincoln
Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full time (3 days per week)

A vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Lincoln is seeking a dedicated Drama Teacher to join their dynamic department from September 2025.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and imaginative Drama lessons aligned with the national curriculum
  • Foster a love for drama and performance in students
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
  • Organise and lead school productions, drama clubs, and enrichment activities
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance cross-curricular learning

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Previous experience teaching Drama in a UK secondary school setting
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about drama education
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities
