Job Title: Drama Teacher

Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full time (3 days per week)

A vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Lincoln is seeking a dedicated Drama Teacher to join their dynamic department from September 2025.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and imaginative Drama lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Foster a love for drama and performance in students
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Organise and lead school productions, drama clubs, and enrichment activities
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance cross-curricular learning
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Previous experience teaching Drama in a UK secondary school setting
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about drama education
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities
