Job Title: Teaching Assistant – Behaviour Support
Location: Boston
Salary: £90 - £110 per day
Contract Type: Full Time

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and nurturing school in Boston. This role is ideal for someone who is calm, resilient, and committed to helping pupils with behavioural needs succeed both academically and personally.
Responsibilities:
- Support children with challenging behaviour on a one-to-one or small group basis.
- Assist the class teacher in implementing behaviour management strategies.
- Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
- Adapt learning activities to meet the individual needs of students.
- Monitor student progress and report observations to staff.
- Promote student confidence, independence, and engagement in learning.
- Supervise students during non-classroom activities (breaks, transitions, etc.).
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably with behavioural needs.
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's emotional and academic development.
- Ability to remain positive and professional in challenging situations.
