Psychology Graduate – SEN & SEMH Support

Salary: £90 - £100 per day

Are you a recent Psychology graduate with a passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs?
GSL Education is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduates to work in SEN (Special Educational Needs) and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school settings across Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring Educational or Clinical Psychologists, Youth Workers, or SEN Teachers looking to gain invaluable hands-on experience.
The Role:

Supporting students with a range of additional needs including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and social, emotional, and behavioural challenges

Working 1:1 or in small groups under the guidance of teachers and SENCOs

Assisting with behaviour management, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning

Helping create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
Ideal Candidates Will:
-
Hold a degree in Psychology (or related field)

Be passionate about mental health and special educational needs

Be calm, resilient and compassionate in the face of challenging behaviour

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ideally have previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
