Job Title: Teaching Assistant (TA)
Location: Alford
Salary: £85 - £100 per day (Depending on experience)
Start: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive school in Alford. You will work with experienced teachers and help children learn, grow, and do their best every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help students in and out of the classroom so they can learn and reach their goals.
- Work with the class teacher to get lessons ready and support children in small groups or one-to-one.
- Encourage good behaviour and positive friendships in the classroom.
- Keep an eye on how students are doing and share feedback with the teacher.
- Make sure the classroom is a safe, welcoming, and supportive place for everyone.
Requirements:
- Some experience working with children in a school, nursery, or similar setting.
- A patient, caring, and flexible attitude when helping young learners.
- Good communication skills and happy to work as part of a team.
- A real interest in helping children learn and grow.
- Have an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
- Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps).
