Salary: £88.94 to £104.84 per day (Depending on experience)

About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant in Spalding, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students’ learning and development. Working closely with teachers and other staff, you’ll help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student can flourish. Key Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant (TA)
- Support the development and implementation of tailored education plans.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to help students understand and complete their work.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Use varied teaching strategies to engage and motivate students.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate updates as needed.
Requirements for Teaching Assistant (TA)
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with students and staff.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to student success.
- Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs (desirable but not essential).
To work with GSL Education as a Teaching Assistant, you will need:
- The right to work in the UK.
- An up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last 2 years.
- An enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
