Job Title: Classroom Teacher
Location: Southampton, Hampshire
Salary: £30,000 - £46535 per annum (Depending on experience)
Start: Immediate or September 2025
Contract: Full-time

Role Overview:
This full-time position involves delivering high-quality teaching across the primary phase, supporting the academic, emotional, and social development of all learners. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and purposeful lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress effectively.
- Establish a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the wider life of the school.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and behaviour management.
- Engage in professional development to enhance practice and impact.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – applications also welcomed from ECTs and overseas-trained teachers with UK-recognised qualifications.
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
- Sound knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective classroom strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
- Have an updated CV (with two relevant references from the last two years and covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
