Early Years Teaching Assistant
Location: Hexham, Northumberland
Salary: £80 – £100 per day

Your Role as a Early Years Teaching Assistant :
- Assist dynamic lessons: Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons to pupils by giving support on a 1:1 basis.
- Tailored support: Provide personalized support to early years students, nurturing academic excellence.
- Positive environment: Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging student participation.
- Innovative collaboration: Work alongside educators to develop creative teaching strategies and resources.
- Holistic development: Contribute to the social and emotional growth of students, promoting their well-being.
Qualities We Seek:
- Educational background: Hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field, focusing on primary education.
- Positive demeanour: Demonstrate a proactive, energetic, and caring approach to working with students.
- Enhanced DBS: Possess an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undergo the process.
- Checkable work history: Have a fully checkable work history.
